Questions about our products
How can I manage my laundry subscription?
You manage your laundry subscription in the customer portal (customer account). Log in to your OceanWash customer account and open the "Manage Subscription" section. There you can postpone delivery dates, change products/quantities, update payments, skip deliveries, pause or cancel. Click here to go directly to the login.
How do I change the quantity or delivery interval?
In the customer portal, open your active subscription and select "Edit/Change". There you can adjust the quantity (e.g. number of packs) and the frequency (interval). Save the changes so they are applied to future deliveries.
How do I change the next delivery or billing date?
In the customer portal, you'll find the next scheduled date for your subscription. You can move the next delivery forward or backward using "Change delivery date". Important: Changes apply to the next shipment, provided you save them before the next scheduled billing/order creation.
How can I cancel my car wash subscription?
In the customer portal, you can usually cancel your subscription directly. After that, no further subscription orders will be triggered. If your subscription has a minimum term or special conditions, this will be displayed in the portal. All our subscriptions can generally be canceled immediately after the first recurring delivery.
How do I change my delivery address for the subscription?
In the customer portal, under "Address", you can update the delivery address for the subscription or choose a new address. Make sure to save the change. To ensure it applies to the next delivery, change the address before the next scheduled billing.
How exactly does the wash subscription work (process, billing, notifications)?
With the laundry subscription, you receive your products automatically at your chosen delivery frequency. Before the next fulfillment, the portal will show you the next date; you will also receive an email notification from us (e.g., order confirmation, payment, shipping). The portal is the central place where you check and adjust everything.
Can I change the scent/variant or swap products in my subscription?
Yes: In the customer portal, you can change the variant or the item in your subscription (depending on your subscription settings, you can also add or remove additional products). After saving, the change applies to the next deliveries.
Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?
In the customer portal, you can skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription (depending on your settings). Skipping means the next execution will be omitted and the date will be pushed back accordingly. Pausing temporarily stops the subscription until you reactivate it.
My payment failed – what can I do? How do I change the payment method?
If a payment doesn't go through, you will usually receive an automatic email notification. In the customer portal, under "Payment Method," you can update your payment method and re-initiate the payment. After that, the subscription will continue as planned.
When will my subscription be shipped and what are the delivery times/shipping costs?
Once a subscription order has been triggered and paid for, it will go through shipping and tracking like a regular order. The estimated delivery time and shipping costs, if applicable, depend on the country of delivery and shipping method and will be displayed to you at checkout, in the customer portal, and in the order confirmation for each subscription delivery.
