Refund Policy and Returns

If you return unopened goods that you have ordered from us, we will credit you with all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a different method of delivery than that offered by us , have chosen cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You have returned the goods to us or to Handelshaus Haverlah GmbH, Salzgitterstr. 1A 38275 Haverlah, Germany. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning faultless goods. You will not be responsible for the cost of returning incorrect or defective goods. To obtain a return label, please contact us at hello@oceanwash.de. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

Please return only unopened products to us as above and read our promise of satisfaction . There you will be explained how you can test our products.

For opened products, the following summarized steps apply as part of our satisfaction promise:

1. Write us an e-mail to hello@oceanwash.de within 30 days of the order date with the information that (and possibly why) you did not like the product.

2. You will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of your e-mail using the payment method you have chosen for the entire invoice amount.

3. You don't have to do anything else and you can give the product away to someone close to you if you want to avoid unnecessary waste in the interests of sustainability.
